All software provided here is free of charge and provided under an Open Source license. These projects originate from my work as a Debian developer, or implement biological algorithms from my work at the Theoretical Computer Science I / Computational Complexity, or have been started mainly for my personal use.

Album Player, a lightweight GTK+ based audio player for FLAC files with embedded CUE sheets.
dh-lisp, a collection of scripts that helps Debian GNU/Linux (or Ubuntu Linux) maintainers to create packages for Common Lisp implementations and libraries complying with the Common Lisp in Debian manual.
Gram, a fast solver for Graph Motif problems. Applications include topology-free querying of protein-protein interaction networks.
